 Rev. Glenn O’Connor

Fr. Glenn was Pastor of St. Susanna parish in Plainfield, Indiana. He was ordained in 1980 and has spent his priesthood years in parishes in Connersville and Indianapolis. Fr. Glenn was the oldest of 8 children and has 34 nieces and nephews, all of whom actively support Seeds of Hope.

Fr. Glenn called himself "privileged" to be co-founder of Seeds of Hope in 1999 and felt truly honored to serve the ladies of Seeds of Hope. He served as the Board President since its beginning.

Sean M. O'Connor

Sean is a Certified Public Accountant, one of the founding members of Dauby O’Connor & Zaleski, LLC, and has been in the practice of public accounting for over 35 years. DOZ started as a two man firm in 1987, and has grown to a nationally-recognized leader in the real estate arena with a staff or over 200 professionals and clients in all 50 states. Sean has been an active supporter of Seeds of Hope since its inception and joined the board in April 2019, shortly after the passing of his brother, Fr. Glenn.

Charlie is COO of ACE Rent A Car Reservations, Inc. and has been with ACE for 48 years. He has been an active supporter of Seeds of Hope for over a decade, and formally joined our organization in 2009 as a member of our Development Committee. In 2011, he accepted the request to serve on the Board of Directors, while continuing on the Development Committee. Charlie had served as President since 2019, after the passing of Father Glenn.

Christina Lyman 

Hi, my name is Christina Lyman, and I am the Addiction Coordinator for the Indy Transitions Addiction Treatment Program. I attended Indiana Wesleyan University for Addiction Counseling and I have a degree in Social Work. I bring 2 years of experience in helping those affected by addiction.

I am passionate about helping those struggling with addiction and look forward to helping the women at the Seeds of Hope.

David Pasotti

David joined the Seeds of Hope Board in January 2020 and is currently serving as Board Secretary. He is a Certified Public Accountant and has been Controller for Samaritan Property Management, Inc. for over 20 years.

Wayne has worked with Institutional Investors within the Real Estate industry since 1975. Currently, He is serving as Senior Vice President of Special Assets for CREA,LLC where he has been employed since 2007. Headquartered in Indianapolis CREA has provided real estate tax services specializing in low income tax credits since 2001.

Joining the Seeds of Hope Board in June of 2020 Wayne became actively involved in the construction of the new Father Glenn O’Connor Home and documenting/revising operating policies and procedures for the Seeds of Hope Campus.

Alexis Trapp

Alexis Trapp 

Alexis has been with Capital Group for three years and is currently an Internal Wealth Specialist. She is a member of Capital Group’s Indianapolis Charitable Giving Committee and a co-chair of the Women in Internal Sales at Capital Group.

She began having a deep interest with Seeds of Hope and their fantastic work, and subsequently became a board member in 2020. She is passionate about helping women, especially those suffering from addiction. As a mother of three girls, Alexis strongly believes that helping young women be and feel supported, encouraged and challenged builds a strong sense of self that enables them to face the ever-abundant challenges they face every day.

Windy Noble

Windy has been with Capital Group for over twenty years and is currently the senior business analyst for Corporate Charitable Giving. She is a member of Capital Group’s Indianapolis Charitable Giving Committee and a co-chair of their sub-committee.

She began volunteering with Seeds of Hope in 2016 and became a board member in 2019, holding the office of Secretary. She is currently a member of the Development Committee.
